MOLUGA is our most sophisticated product, made from wild herrings from the North Sea. Its naturally smoked with a blend of specially selected beech woods, combined with a higher lipid content than Avruga, a reduction in salt presence, and the absence of sugars, give it a unique, subtle and delicious flavor as well as a creamy texture and an elegant dark gray color.
