It contains two tins of Baeri caviar of 20 g and four jars of pearls: passion fruit, soy sauce, lime & lemon, and balsamic vinegar from Modena, each jar being 55 g. The total net weight is 260 g. It also includes a brief recipe book. The caviar contains 96.5% Siberian sturgeon roe (Acipenser baerii) and salt. It can be enjoyed alone or with blinis. The soy sauce pearls are recommended for tartares, sushi, and stir-fries; the balsamic vinegar pearls for salads and carpaccios; the lime & lemon pearls for oysters and fish; and the passion fruit pearls for desserts and salads. The set is declared non-GMO and gluten-free. It contains fish, soy, and sulfites. The soy pearls may contain traces of sulfites and the balsamic pearls may contain traces of soy. Keep the box refrigerated between 0 °C and 4 °C, the temperature required for caviar. The flavor pearls, once opened, should be stored between 2 °C and 6 °C and consumed within 7 days.
