Kale is a member of the cruciferous vegetable family, which also includes broccoli. Versatile and very beneficial for our health, it is rich in vitamins C and K, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, folic acid, phytosterols, and much more.

It can be consumed raw in salads or smoothies, or cooked to prepare multiple dishes: steamed, roasted, fried, stewed, boiled, or gratinated, as a side dish for other meals. It can even be part of an original omelet.

Tip!: to avoid the odors associated with cooking vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, or cabbage, add a sprig of celery to the cooking water, or spices like fennel.
