Detail of each combination:
The smooth Paraguayan, but more tasty and sweet. Perfect to have anywhere and at any time.
The platerina is the fruit resulting from a cross made through natural hybridizations between nectarine and paraguayan. As both are peach varieties, the platerina is completely natural and has no genetic modifications.
Of similar size and shape to the paraguayan, it resembles a flat nectarine. There are both yellow-flesh and white-flesh varieties, and its main attraction is that it has thin and smooth skin like that of a nectarine, making it a very easy fruit to eat.
In terms of taste, this fruit stands out for being very sweet and emitting a deep aroma reminiscent of the nectarine. The flesh is firm and very juicy (it is very refreshing), and its texture is very pleasant when chewed. It is advisable to not consume it overly ripe, as that would intensify its sweetness.
