Licor Italicus

This Licor Italicus is rooted in Italian culture, based on a centuries-old recipe from the 1850s in Torino.

Italicus is made through a careful maceration process: the vegetables macerate for ten days and are then chilled to -1°C. The two citrus extracts, bergamot and cedar peels, are cold pressed separately, in a unique technique called "Sfumatura".

If you have any doubts when buying this Licor Italicus, please contact the sommelier of our online store who will advise you without obligation.
