Protos is one of the most emblematic wineries in Ribera del Duero, with a rich history since its foundation in 1927. Its Crianza Red Wine is a clear reflection of Spanish wine excellence, available in over 80 countries. This wine is made from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes, hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes, ensuring quality from the field. Following a selection process and careful maceration with skins, the wine ferments for 21 days at 28 ºC. The aging of 14 months in American and French oak barrels gives it remarkable complexity, with aromas of ripe fruit, sweet spices, and wood notes. It presents an attractive cherry red color with a garnet rim and purple highlights. This wine is an ideal option to enjoy during an evening or to pair with elaborate dishes.
