The Lebanese Solar Red Wine Reserva is a creation of Viñedos y Bodegas Castillo de Sajazarra. This wine is predominantly made with the Tempranillo variety, complemented by small proportions of Graciano and Garnacha. Aging takes place in American oak barrels, using new barrels in the first year and four-year-old barrels in the second. After a resting period in wood, the wine matures in bottle for at least another year before being marketed. In classic Rioja style, it emphasizes the oak presence over the fruit, offering a sweet and prolonged finish. On the nose, it displays balanced aromas of juicy red fruit with subtle floral and earthy notes. Visually, it presents a cherry color with violet reflections. It is suggested to enjoy at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine is characterized by its balance and good acidity.
