Ochoa Calendas Vegan White Wine is made from 3 grape varieties: the Viura variety brings freshness and liveliness, the Chardonnay variety gives structure to this wine, and a small percentage of Muscat adds fantastic floral aromas. It is perfect for those who are new to the world of wine, as well as for those who enjoy aromatic and fresh white wines.
There has always been a white wine in our offer, whose blend has changed over the years. In the 80s, we produced a wine solely from the Viura variety. When the Chardonnay variety was approved by the denomination, we included a percentage because it adds aromatic benefits, and in the 90s we decided to include a small percentage of Muscat because it brings tropical aromas, creating the perfect combination. Today, Ochoa Calendas Blanco is made with all 3 varieties and a lot of care.
Recommended temperature: serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
