Barbadillo presents the Tamarix Orange White Wine, a unique wine from the Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz designation. Made with Muscat of Alexandria and Palomino grapes, this dry white wine is distinguished by its skin maceration, providing structure and aromatic complexity. It stands out for its orange hue in the glass and is part of the Cielo, Mar y Tierra collection, highlighting the natural landscape of the Cadiz coast. From 30-year-old vineyards on albariza soils, it is hand-harvested at the end of August. In the winery, it macerates for four weeks, fermenting spontaneously in steel tanks. Bottled with light filtration, it may show natural decantations. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas and herbs, while on the palate, it highlights its tannins, balance, and acidity. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., it is recommended to serve between 6 and 8 ºC. Ideal for those seeking wines with texture and character.
