Burgers made with beef mostly selected by Bandeira, expert selectors from Galicia, with hip meat. Handcrafted by us in our Labadía de Petramora butchery.
Our method involves trimming the hip pieces of membranes, then mincing and seasoning them. This way we achieve this burger with 99% meat. The quality of the beef hip pieces used, with a percentage of intramuscular fat typical of older beef cattle, a medium grind, and the perfect salt level, makes this burger have a "carnivorous" bite. and in the mouth it is juicy with a medium and elegant intensity flavor.
It is ideal to eat alone, accompanied by sauces, bacon, cheeses. Combine it with our brioche bread or our crystal bread roll.
