Located in the town of Béziers, this estate has belonged to the Fabre family since 1763. This particular terroir shapes the wines with freshness, fruitiness, and indulgence.

Grape variety: 100% Pinot. The grapes are harvested at full maturity.

Tasting: After a few months of aging that give it smoky notes, this Pinot offers character and lightness on the palate.

To be tasted: To be served around 16°C, this wine with pleasant aromas of red berries and peat, with airy tannins, will accompany you during your aperitifs, as well as with a beef tartare or a grilled red meat.
