Consumption

To enjoy the full flavor of 100% Iberian breed Iberian ham, we recommend consuming it at approximately 24°C.

Total curing of 36 months, with only 3 months in the drying room and the rest of the curing done completely naturally in our facilities.

Storage

Whole pieces: store in a dry place, with low light and without direct sunlight, at an ambient temperature of 16°C -25°C. Remove the fabric cover it is sent with and place it on a ham holder or hang it. Keep the first slice to use as a cover and prevent it from drying out.

Sliced ham: store in the fridge between 4-10°C. When ready to consume, let it temper for 10 minutes.
