Healthy and clean seeds of "Bixa Orellana"

Also known as Bija, Achiotillo, Achote, Analto, Anate, Bijo, Biza, Bizo, Onote, Bixa, Orellana, Axiote, Achiotl, Urucú, Bijol, Rocú, Roncón, Onoto, Urucú.

It is used for its coloring properties and because it does not alter the taste. It is used to prepare, for example, cochinitapibil or Jamaican cod. In Filipino cuisine, it is used in many dishes.

DOES NOT contain GLUTEN AS AN INGREDIENT, BUT THE ABSENCE OF TRACES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

ALLERGENS: Does not contain allergens as ingredients.

Due to cross-contamination it may contain TRACES of celery, gluten, nuts, mustard, and sesame.

Both in our facilities and in those of our supplier, cleaning and sanitization processes are carried out after each production to prevent cross-contamination, as well as self-control and verification systems to confirm the absence of traces. However, we cannot affirm that the products are free from allergens present in the plant due to accidental contamination.

EU DIRECTIVE 2006/142/EC ON INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGEN LABELLING

According to directive 2003/89/EC, below is a list of allergen ingredients that must be mentioned on the labeling for protection purposes.

NON-GENETICALLY MODIFIED DECLARATION

1. The product does not fall within the scope of Regulations (EC) 1829/2003 (GMO food and feed) and (EC) 1830/2003. That is, it does not contain or is composed of GMOs, nor is it produced from GMOs or contains ingredients produced from GMOs. Therefore, it is not subject to specific labeling requirements established in said regulation.
2. If there were accidental contamination of GMOs, it would not exceed the thresholds established in said regulation.
3. Our supplier has established an identity system that guarantees the two previous sections.
4. No changes will be made to the supplied product without prior customer notification.
