The distillery Hijos de Pablo Esparza has been producing high-quality spirits for five generations in Villaba, Navarra.
Pacharán Basarana Etiqueta Negra 1L is made with Las Cadenas aniseed. During 6 quiet months, 250 grams of wild sloe berries are macerated in each liter of aniseed. The final result after this period is a pacharán with evocative fruity aromas. The obtained taste is smooth, velvety, producing a sense of fullness and a complete and rounded flavor. The Navarra Association of sommeliers determined that Pacharán Basarana etiqueta negra was the best Navarrese pacharán of 2011, awarding it the gold medal.
Appearance: Pacharán Basarana Etiqueta Negra 1L has a ruby red color with brown tones.
Nose: Fruity, aniseed.
Palate: Balanced, full-bodied, structured, and persistent.
