From Ecobovis we prepare 100% organic veal tripe, it is a stew made with the stomach of the veal, to which snout and leg of the same veal are added, so with a slow cooking process we can achieve an intense flavor and a soft and gelatinous texture, which characterizes it as a rich and comforting stew, accompanied by 100% organic veal chorizo, ideal for fighting the cold and enjoying in company.
This dish has deep roots in Madrid cuisine, although it has become popular in various regions of the country. Our preparation involves a careful selection of organic ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
Tripe (62%), snout (20%), veal leg (12%), veal chorizo (1%), salt, sweet paprika, spicy paprika, extra virgin olive oil, corn flour.
PREPARATION
Microwave: Poking the container with two or three holes, heat for approximately 3 minutes at maximum power until reaching 65ºC inside.
Bain Marie: Heat without opening the package for approximately 12 minutes, until reaching 65ºC inside, let it rest and open carefully, avoiding burns from the steam.
