Elaboration and Aging

Viuda Negra is a single-varietal wine made from Tempranillo grapes. It is made from destemmed grapes.

Aged for 14 months in American and French oak barrels.

• Appearance: Viuda Negra has a deep red color.
• Nose: Ripe fruit, black spices, and minerals give the wine a refined and elegant character.
• Palate: It is perfectly structured, full-bodied, with noble tannins. Good acidity. Flavorful, ample, and long-lasting. Long and harmonious aftertaste.

Pairing

Viuda Negra is ideal to accompany red meats, game, and roasts. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
