Elaboration and Aging
Borsao Tres Picos 2020, made with 100% Garnacha grape variety. Maceration for 20-25 days in total. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25º - 30º.
The wine undergoes 5 months of aging in new Bordeaux barrels made of French oak.
Tasting Note of Borsao Tres Picos 2020
Appearance: Borsao Tres Picos has a very intense cherry color with purple tones.
Nose: On the nose, it shows a great concentration of aromas of ripe red fruits with floral nuances.
Pallet: On the palate, it is a rich and well-structured wine that evokes flavors of blackberry, plum, and hints of leather and vanilla, with a sweet and silky tannin.
Pairing
Borsao Tres Picos is ideal to accompany meat stews such as Iberian pork cheek stew, Iberian sausages, black pudding scramble, and breadcrumbs.
Recommended serving temperature is 17ºC.
