Made from raw cow's milk and aged between 12 and 18 months, this cheese with a natural rind possesses meaty and very flavorful notes, with herbal and milky undertones that add body, presence, and a lot of personality. This is a Cheddar to savor, enjoy, and remember.
Ideal with stout or IPA beers, or with fruity and full-bodied red wines. It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature.
