Ingredients: Wheat flour, raisins, candied fruit peels (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural sourdough yeast (contains wheat), vegetable origin emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, sugar syrup, salt, wheat malt, natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar pods. 10% icing: sugar, egg whites, hazelnuts, bitter almonds, rice flour.
