The aiguillette is a thin slice of duck meat located on the breast. It is a tender and creamy meat meant for fine gourmets.
The meat is cooked in its fat, the virtues of which are known. According to INRA studies, cooking with duck fat would have beneficial and unique virtues in the world regarding a longer life span.

Suggestions:
