Elaboration and aging

Edulis Crianza is made through traditional vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Subsequently, an alcoholic fermentation is carried out for 12-15 days and a maceration for 10 days with the skins.

After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Edulis Crianza undergoes 12 months of aging in French and American oak barrels. Finally, before commercialization, the wine remains in the bottle for 12 months.
