This wine, from own plots in the Cigales appellation, is a pale rosé of excellent quality that pairs perfectly with any moment. Its origin is in the vineyard, a limestone plot in Quintanilla de Trigueros, known as Terrón Blanco. This trellis-planted vineyard is located at 855 meters above sea level, which favors the slow ripening of the grapes. This, together with an early harvest, maintains the freshness of the wine and contributes to its characteristic color. The delicate color of Emina Rosé is soft strawberry pink with bluish reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, from the controlled fermentation of the blend of red and white varieties from a cold, high limestone parcel, it shows unmistakable stone fruits, such as peach, as well as light hints of blackberry among mineral and white flower tones. Excellent balance between the fresh sensations of acidity and the aromatic phase that give complexity to the wine. The tones of stone fruit and its lively and elegant finish stand out. Emina Rosé is the delicate awakening of the senses
