Enate Rosado 2021 wine.

Elaboration and aging

Enate Rosado 2021 has been made with grapes harvested in perfect sanitary condition and optimal ripeness, which are kept in maceration with the skins until bleeding of the rosé must. Once the solid residues are removed by static settling at 8ºC, the clean must is fermented under the action of selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.

After fermentation, the wine is clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -5ºC to remove excess potassium bitartrate.

Tasting Note of Enate Rosado 2021

• Appearance: Enate Rosado has a lively raspberry color.
• Nose: Intense nose, very fruity, with aromas of red fruits (cranberry, raspberry, cherry...).
• Palate: It has a fleshy and full-bodied attack. Its balanced acidity makes it a agile and lively wine.

Pairing

Enate Rosado is ideal to accompany pasta, rice, game birds in currant sauce, and soufflés.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature of about 10ºC.
