Nº3 London Dry Gin is crafted by several of London's most renowned master distillers, tasked with creating the most classic and artisanal gin, using small copper stills.
Nº3 London Dry Gin is made following the traditional method under the supervision of a group of renowned distillers, who, under the direction of Dr. David Clutton, were commissioned to create the purest and most classic gin, a true standard of how gin should be made.
The botanicals used to make Nº3 London Dry Gin are primarily 3 fruits (juniper berries, sweet orange peel, and grapefruit peel) and 3 spices (angelica root, Moroccan coriander, and cardamom pods), all present without any one overshadowing the others. The number 3 is intentionally present in the blend.
The design, with an embedded key, represents the key to the first premises opened by the company in London, at number 3 Saint James Street.
Appearance: Nº3 London Dry Gin has a transparent and crystalline color.
Nose: The juniper berries come from Italy and have the aroma of pine and lavender. The sweet orange peel brings critical and very refreshing sensations that contrast with the grapefruit peel, an unusual ingredient in gin production that adds a sparkling touch. Of the spices, angelica root helps balance the sweet and critical notes, coriander creates a refreshing and creamy lemon scent that coordinates with the cardamom pods.
PALate: On the palate, you can taste the citrus, herbaceous, fruity, and sweet character of the botanicals, often alternating on the palate, making each sip offer new nuances.
Nº3 London Dry Gin is ideal for making gin and tonics by combining it with non-flavored premium tonics to achieve a pure gin and tonic.
