Gran Reserva 50th Anniversary edition ham with 20 months of curing and approximately 8 kgs in weight, of Duroc breed and Torre de Núñez brand. Half the salt of other hams. Weight between 8-8.5 kgs.
Posterior limb from adult Duroc breed pigs with 20 months of curing. The meat from Duroc breed pigs is characterized by very good fat infiltration, making it perfect for making ham. It stands out for its low salt content (25% less) and its sweet flavor.
Product made following the traditional Galician artisanal process of salting and curing. The final result is a Serrano Ham with a uniform and homogeneous appearance, with a round cut and no hoof, but with skin.
Ingredients: Pork ham (minimum 50% Duroc breed), salt, preservatives E-250 and E-252.
