50% Iberian acorn-fed ham MONTEBUGÓ is a 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed pork ham, a rich and healthy product that is part of the Mediterranean diet. It has a curing process of approximately 36 months. The hams from MONTEBUGÓ are a selection of the best purebred Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows of the Aracena mountains and the Iberian Peninsula. The pigs receive exceptional care, resulting in an exceptional final product.
MONTEBUGÓ hams are cured in natural cellars in the heart of the Aracena mountains, which is why they are characterized by their aroma, texture, and unmatched flavor.
