Ham of Iberian field fattening 50% Iberian breed from selected pieces of Iberian pigs raised in freedom in large areas of Extremadura forest. Its bright red color and cherry-colored veins make its cut as striking as it is irresistible. It has an unctuous flavor, with a superior taste and aroma thanks to the careful feeding based on resources from the wooded areas of the farm itself, including herbs, roots, natural feed and sunflower seeds. We recommend serving at room temperature (22ºC) so that all its aromas are released and it reaches the perfect point of smoothness. For a rounded experience, accompany it with a good Jerez wine, such as our fino Lauresa, the ultimate pairing for Iberian ham.
