Our pigs, always raised in freedom, are fed during their first year of life and before the montanera with wheat and barley feed from our own production and from local farmers. We ourselves are in charge of milling the cereal in the mill located on the <> farm, with the sole purpose of guaranteeing a 100% natural feed. At the time of the montanera, when the fruit of the oak is already ripe, our pigs feed exclusively on acorns, herbs, mushrooms, truffles and everything appetizing that they find in the pasture.
