Artisan Panettone made following the traditional recipe, with sourdough starter, to which chocolate chips and candied orange peel are added.
This panettone is handmade in Raúl Asencio's workshop, with a 4-day production process and over 30 hours of fermentation. The result: a panettone made only with natural ingredients, tasty and juicy in texture, capable of lasting a month in optimal conditions.
To enhance its aroma and taste to the fullest, we recommend consuming it at a temperature around 26 degrees. To do this, bring it close to a heat source, such as the kitchen or a radiator, until it lightly warms up.
Ideal for enjoying at breakfast with our Colombian coffee, in the afternoon with our infusions, or after dinner with our liqueurs; any excuse is good to take a bite during these holidays.
