50% Iberian Acorn Shoulder MONTEBUGÓ is a 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed pork shoulder. A rich and healthy product that is part of the Mediterranean diet. It has been cured for approximately 24 months. The hams and shoulders from MONTEBUGÓ are a selection of the best purebred Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the meadows of the Sierra de Aracena and the Iberian Peninsula. The pigs receive exceptional care, resulting in an exceptional final product.
The MONTEBUGÓ hams are cured in natural cellars in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena, which is why they are characterized by their aroma, color, and unparalleled flavor.
