Crab and spider crab meat. It is a combination of meat from crabs and spider crabs: body, legs, shell, and roe. This mixture of hand-shredded crab meat is characterized by its intense flavor and versatility. This crab meat does not contain any added liquid, it is 120g of meat from all parts of the crab.
All production is done during the season when the seafood is at its best, ensuring a unique flavor for their preserves. Additionally, their seafood meat is obtained in their own Delicrab extraction factory, which allows them to process their products under the best conditions, with minimal handling once the live seafood is extracted from the water.

Their gourmet preserves are the result of selecting the best live seafood and a completely artisanal manufacturing process, in which they cook the seafood in water from the Cantabrian Sea and then extract the flesh by hand, achieving a fresh, artisanal, unique and of the highest quality product.
They have an internal laboratory where they periodically perform control over their nurseries, their seafood flesh and their select preserves, in addition to sanitary, quality and traceability controls of all their products.

Pairing: It is recommended to enjoy as one pleases. We recommend it in Made in Spain Gourmet, of course, with a good white wine, Penedés, Verdejo, Alvariño, or why not a premium cava, a vermouth or a frizzante like La Mundial. It can be used with sushi, skewers, salads, and even with pasta.
