Natural sheep yogurt made with themilk from our Churra sheep. It is obtained using only fresh sheep milk and lactic ferments. No added sugars.

The milk from this native breed from Castilla y León has amuch lower productionthan other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and evening milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is ofgreat qualitydue to itshigher fat and protein content, in addition to beingricher in amino acids.
