Pacharan Layan with truffle 70cl

Pacharan macerated in oak barrels with aniseed 33% alcohol content and sloes, with alcohol content between 25% and 28%, depending on maceration conditions, humidity,

The sloes are subjected to a scrupulous selection and cleaning before passing to the careful and artisanal phase of maceration in French oak barrels where over a period of 3 to 6 months are treated with the necessary care (ventilation, change of orientation_x0085_) to get a top quality anise is impregnated with the properties and qualities of the fruit. The excellent product obtained is then filtered and packaged in attractive glass bottles, to be enjoyed with pleasure in a glass or crystal glass.






The black truffle used is from the Gúdar-Javalambre region of Teruel, a jewel that confers a unique flavour to this gourmet product.
Colour: the pacharán has a cherry red garnet colour with violet tones, high intensity, very bright.
