We have over 100 British handmade cheeses: from rediscovered gems such as Devon Oke, a hard but creamy cow's milk cheese, to the original 17th century recipe, Lord of the Hundreds, a non-pasteurised sheep's milk matured cheese made in the style of Italian Pecorino.
