Description
This wine is a tribute to the folklore and nature of Galicia, land of great forests inhabited by mystical and magical beings. Among them the Galician witches who lived in old manor houses, where they connected with nature through dances and incantations to obtain from it its best fruit. Like the Albariño vines that give life to Pazo das Bruxas.


Gastronomy

Excellent aperitif. Natural seafood, cooked and grilled. It is a perfect accompaniment to mild white fish. Its liveliness will harmonise with uncured goat's cheeses.
Serve at 8-10ºC.


Tasting notes
Wine of great aromatic intensity in which fruity notes (green apple and lemon rind) stand out against a clean background of hay. In the mouth it is fresh, with a sweet and smooth entry that culminates in a long and elegant aftertaste.
