Mussels made by hand by experienced hands with care and delicacy. Coming from the Galician Rías, the best pieces are selected in the canning factory. With care, the beards are removed, cleaned, and fried in olive oil.
Subsequently, they are bathed in artisanal and natural marinade with vinegar and smoked paprika from La Vera. Thus achieving a select "limited edition" product, succulent and healthy. With a fine palate that retains the sea flavor of fresh mussels and a delicate touch of paprika, slightly smoked and a subtle spicy taste at the end.
