Our pickled mussels come from the best located "bateas" in the famous Rías Baixas estuary. Once selected, fried in olive oil, and lovingly hand-packed one by one, they are covered with our pickling sauce made from natural ingredients such as paprika, black pepper, cloves, and bay leaves. This exquisite product has Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Mexillón de Galicia. These mussels provide you with a pickled flavor with vinegary notes.

Allergens: Contains mollusks, sulfites, and may contain traces of fish or crustaceans.
Pairing: It is recommended to taste it cold to better appreciate its seasoning. Put the can in ice or in the freezer for five or ten minutes before opening and consuming. We recommend it at Made in Spain Gourmet, of course, with a good white wine, Penedés, Verdejo, Alvariño, or why not a Premium cava, a vermouth or a frizzante like La Mundial.
