White meat from spider crabs. Extracted from the claws and body manually, this meat is the finest that can be found in spider crabs and is characterized by its texture, softness, and flavor.
All their productions are made during the season, when the seafood is at its optimal state, in order to obtain a unique flavor for their preserves. In addition, their seafood meats are obtained in their own extraction factory, Delicrab, which allows them to process their products in the best conditions, with minimal manipulation once the live seafood is extracted from the water.

Their gourmet preserves are the result of selecting the best live seafood and a completely artisan manufacturing process, in which they cook the seafood in Cantabrian seawater and then extract the meat by hand, achieving a fresh, artisan, unique and high-quality product.
They have an internal laboratory where they periodically perform control over their hatcheries, seafood meat and select preserves, in addition to sanitary, quality and traceability controls for all their products.

Pairing: It is recommended to enjoy as one pleases. We recommend it in Made in Spain Gourmet, of course, with a good white wine, Penedés, Verdejo, Albariño, or why not a Premium cava, a vermouth, or a frizzante like La Mundial. It can be used with sushi, skewers, salads, and even with pasta.
