Vintage 2015, red wine D.O. Toro made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes (Tempranillo adaptation to the area), 14 months of maturation in French and American oak barrels. And later refining in the bottle. Vineyards over 75 years old.
Harmony is the characteristic of this wine: garnet color covered in its heart and cardenous in thin layer, along with a density present in its agitation and its tinted tear, fill our sight.
On the nose a multitude of sensations unfold, both for its high intensity, as for the quality of them. The strength of the earth is transmitted in all its grandeur, combining the spicy notes of the tertiary series, due to the wine's time in oak barrels (clove, licorice and fine hints of bitter cocoa), with others from the lactic and pastry series, thus revealing the presence of new oak.
The palate has an unctuous entry, which joins the sensations that the sweet tannins tamed in the bottle. All this structured in another endless tactile sensations that awaken the rest of the senses
