Flor de Caña 5 Years is produced using only 100% natural ingredients, distilled up to five times to obtain maximum purity alcohol, and aged under the "slow aged" process in American white oak barrels. The "slow aged" process is defined as the natural and uninterrupted aging process used to produce all Flor de Caña rums.

The natural temperature, ventilation, and duration of the aging process of Flor de Caña ensure that no excessive flavors or aromas adhere to the final product.

Tasting Note of Flor de Caña 5 Years

Appearance: Flor de Caña 5 Years has a golden color.

Nose: Rum with great aromatic intensity.

Palate: Rum with a bright mahogany color and a smooth aroma, dry and light. Smooth taste of dried fruits and smoky notes. A smooth entry gives way to a medium-bodied palate, leaving a delicious lingering taste of oak wood.

Consumption Suggestions

This rum is ideal to be enjoyed neat with ice or in traditional cocktails. It mixes perfectly with mineral water or cola.
