Initiale G is a rosé wine, fruity and round. Its color is pale pink and its nose opens with aromas of English candy, redcurrant with a touch of white pepper. The mouth is dense with a perfect balance between vivacity and roundness. The finish on the palate is accompanied by aromas of stone fruit (apricot) and lime.

The Domaine de Perreau is now beginning its conversion to organic farming and the estate's wines will be certified organic in 2022.
