Initiale G is a rosé wine, fruity and round. Its color is pale pink and its nose opens with aromas of English candy, redcurrant with a touch of white pepper. The mouth is dense with a perfect balance between vivacity and roundness. The finish on the palate is accompanied by aromas of stone fruit (apricot) and lime.

The Domaine de Perreau located in Saint-Michel-de-Montaigne in Dordogne is a wine estate that produces red, white and rosé wines. A family property of 20 hectares for 5 generations, it is today Gaëlle Reynou-Gravier, a passionate winemaker, who is at the head of it.

This environmental certification is proof of an ecological, economic and socially respectful approach to operating the vineyard for the environment and people. The Domaine de Perreau is now beginning its conversion to organic farming and the estate's wines will be certified organic in 2022.
