Extra virgin olive oil, made from early harvested olives selected and picked fresh at night, with milling in less than 5 hours, through mechanical processes, we obtain this pure and authentic olive juice, with a medium-high fruity flavor, with a slight bitterness and spiciness. Upon entering the mouth, it is sweet, giving way to retro-nasal notes of fruit pulp and freshly cut grass. The direct sensations are of banana and green apple. It leaves a taste of green nuts and ripe tomatoes. It is an EVOO with a very striking fruity flavor for being an arbequina variety. It is elegant, complex, and balanced. The package contains the three varieties picual, cornicabra, and arbequina.
