Sargas de Idúes Blanco

Varietal: 100% white Grenache.


Ageing: 5 months ageing in American oak barrels.


Tasting notes:
Medium intensity yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose is dominated by toasted wood and some touches of aniseed. The palate is very balanced, presenting a slight acidity that gives it freshness. In retronasal the toasted wood flavours come out again.


Serving temperature: 6-8ºC.
