Fresh pasteurized vacuum packs of an already sliced loin taco of about 100gr approximately with the spiced butter included.

How to preserve it:

While you decide when to taste it, keep it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume it before the expiration date.

How to prepare it

It's cooked but you must melt the butter for it to be really good. You can heat it in the microwave but if the meat gets too hot it will dry out. So when heating it up wait until the butter has melted and only that, no more

How to present it

It already comes sliced so you just have to open the package once it is hot and put it on a nice tray. You should eat it before the butter cools down again

How to accompany it

I tell you, if you put it on top of some redneck bread crumbs and drizzle the butter on top, you'll lick your fingers. You can also turn some simple "papas a lo pobre" into an alpujarreño dish... that's all I'm saying. And if you want to take care of yourself a little, take it with lettuce that already has enough food in the loin
