Crumbs of a good wood-fired oven bread, garlic, a good extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of thyme to give it that special flavor and aroma.
While you decide when to taste it, keep it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume before the expiration date.
It is at its point so you can take it cold. If it is heated, do not overheat it so that it does not dry out.
In the microwave, stirring the package so that the heat is homogeneous. Make sure it is hot but not burning
Just put it on a nice plate and enjoy it. Con cualquier cosa. It is the most versatile thing there is. Alboronía, salmorejo, sardines, grilled meat, lomo en manteca, salad, fried egg, chorizo... the best thing is to serve them as a base for many other dishes and let each diner choose which one to serve and how much. And finally, offer them with melon or chocolate (this was my favorite dish as a child, crumbs with chocolate)
