Made from freshly milked milk from cows in the Catalan Pyrenees, it is a very peculiar soft cheese that retains all its fresh milk flavor. Its rind is naturally moldy.
Soft, unctuous, smooth and creamy flavor, melting on the palate, with a lactic and mushroom background.
