This menu for 3 people is prepared by Hermanos Manzano and includes:

• 1 unit of Ham Croquettes from Casa Marcial (12 units): Crispy and creamy croquettes, made and shaped one by one, ready to fry and plate.
• 1 unit of Stewed Caleya Pitu with Casa Marcial Potatoes: Free-range Asturian chicken, with dark meat and intense flavor. We accompany it with the potatoes from our Narbasu garden.
• 2 units of Rice Pudding from Casa Marcial: Traditional recipe from Nacho and Esther Manzano's mother. Cooked slowly for 3 hours with milk produced in Asturias.
