Whole tail of the calves of our own cattle, composed of meat and vertebrae, its meat is extremely tender. This is undoubtedly one of the queen pieces of our brown mountain veal from our own herd.


All our calves grow in a privileged environment surrounded by vegetation and pasture, are fed and cared for under the strictest and most meticulous parameters. This has led us to be the first cattle farm to obtain the Aenor animal welfare certificate for a meat farm, and we are very proud of it.
