INSTRUCTIONS
The Veggie Burger from nuveg is a simple formulation that, after hydrating and mixing, achieves a meat substitute with ideal flavor and texture to enjoy an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily.

USAGE
1. In a bowl, add all the content of Veggie Burger, add: 250 ml of very cold water (5 ºC so that the dough remains very cold) and oil (40 ml) and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. If you do not have cold water (5ºC) alternatively, you can cool the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Knead the mixture by hand to form the burger and cook them in a pan or in the oven as you like.
Once reconstituted, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
By using 135 g of prepared Veggie Burger, you get 420 g of hydrated vegan burger equivalent to 3-4 Burgers.
STORAGE
Store in a cool place (5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (R.H 55-60%) and clean.
Once the package is opened, close it tightly and store it again in the described conditions to avoid exposure to moisture in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
