More information

Asturian cheese from Vidiago, aged cow cheese marinated in olive oil and paprika A smooth and candid cheese, between sweet and milky, buttery, melting on the palate. It is a tender and semi-cured cheese, made from whole and pasteurized cow's milk. It has a natural, brushed or clean rind and a straw yellow color. It comes vacuum-packed for better transport and preservation. Approximately 300 grams. It is advisable to store the cheese in the fridge. To enjoy its full flavor, we recommend letting it acclimate to room temperature for about half an hour before eating. We recommend choosing the carrier for "Cold Shipping" to avoid breaking the cold chain and ensure that the product arrives in optimal condition. It is the customer's responsibility to choose the "Cold Shipping" method. Origen Asturias is not responsible in any case for the condition in which the items arrive due to improper shipping.
